Shot to shipped.
One place for the whole job — shoot day, editor board, retouching, booking, branded delivery and the invoice. Built in the field by a working real estate photographer, not a software company guessing at your week.

Agent notified
You're a photographer, not a project manager.
Every job is the same scramble: shoot the property, chase the editor, rename forty files by hand, build a delivery page, remember to invoice, and hope the agent doesn't text asking "where's my gallery?" Generic tools weren't built for this. Lumaro was.
Booking by text message
Six messages to land one shoot time, then you type it into the calendar yourself.
Editors waiting on you
No shared checklist means nobody knows what's shot, what's edited, or what's stuck.
Delivery pages built by hand
Rebuilding a gallery and renaming files for every listing, every single time.
Per-listing fees stacking up
Platforms that charge ~$5 a listing quietly take a bigger cut every month you grow.
Your whole day, mapped out before you leave the driveway.
The morning brief pulls today's schedule, drive times and property details onto one screen — so you walk in prepared and leave with the paperwork already done.
- Morning brief: today's stops in time order with drive times between them
- Automatic mileage and route capture — the deduction logs itself
- Field view with a shoot timer, so you learn what a job actually costs you
- Two-way Google Calendar sync, and it works offline in a basement
A delivery page agents actually want to share.
Branded galleries, one-click downloads, and a property website generated for every listing — branded and MLS-unbranded, both.
- Branded delivery pages with photos, video, tour and floor plan on one link
- Payment-gated downloads — watermarked previews until the invoice clears
- Mirrors to Dropbox or Google Drive, so your existing folders keep working
- Branded partner portals for property managers and commercial clients
- Marketing Studio: social cards and flyers built from the same gallery
Every job tracked, from shoot to shipped — no status meetings required.
A board built for photo workflows, with a checklist that means nothing gets delivered half-finished and time tracking that tells you what each job really cost.
- Drag-and-drop board from shoot to delivery, on desktop or phone
- Editor checklist per job — every deliverable tracked, nothing skipped
- Time tracked per editor, per job, so pricing stops being a guess
- Role-based access for photographers, editors and admins
Agents book themselves. You just show up and shoot.
A public booking page in your prices and your availability. The slots it offers are the ones that make sense with the rest of your day — and what lands is a real job on the board, not an email you have to retype.
- A public booking page you can put in your signature and your listing packets
- Proximity-aware time slots — it won't sell a 9am across the county from your 8am
- A 48-hour minimum notice rule, so nobody books you for tomorrow morning
- Syncs straight to the board and to Google Calendar, with a confirmation sent
The boring parts, automated. The creative parts, still yours.
A photo editor built into the board — no round trip to another app — with AI retouching that composites back at full resolution, and QC gates that catch problems before the agent ever sees them. Included on every plan.
- In-app photo editor: crop, straighten, tone, brush — right on the job card
- Virtual staging — an empty room furnished, as an upsell you can actually price
- Object removal, sky replacement and virtual twilight, tuned per property
- Photo QC gates plus MLS-aware ordering, and AI listing copy as a first draft
Know your numbers without opening a spreadsheet.
Revenue, real drive costs and timer data roll up on their own — so pricing decisions come from your actual business rather than a gut feeling, and the invoice is one tap away.
- One-tap invoice from the job card, built from what was actually shot
- Card payments and QuickBooks sync when you want them, off when you don't
- Drive cost and shoot time per job, so you can see which work is worth it
- A loyalty program for repeat agents, and days-on-market tracking per agent
Every feature exists because a shoot day needed it.
Generic project tools weren't designed for a business where the "project" is a house, the deadline is the MLS listing date, and the client is an agent checking their phone in a parking lot.
Field-tested, not boardroom-designed
Nothing ships until it's been used on a real shoot, with a real editor, on a real deadline.
One tool, not five subscriptions
Scheduling, editing, delivery, booking, invoicing and analytics — replacing the patchwork you're duct-taping together now.
Priced so growth doesn't punish you
A small base plus a listing fee a fraction of what per-listing platforms charge. Busy months cost more; they don't cost a fortune.
Your data is yours
Bulk-download everything whenever you want, including after you cancel. No hostage-taking, no export fee.
Per-listing platforms get more expensive as you get busier.
The most common pricing in this category is roughly $5 a listing, with no ceiling. Lumaro splits it: a small base, plus a listing fee well under half of that.
A ~$5-per-listing platform
40 listings a month
Lumaro Pro
The same 40 listings a month
That's $1,092 a year back — and the whole platform comes with it, not just the gallery.
Comparison uses published list pricing for per-listing delivery platforms and assumes a steady 40 listings a month. Your own volume is the number that matters; the pricing page below does the arithmetic either way.
A small base. A fair fee per listing.
AI retouching is included on every plan — the listing fee is what pays for it, so there's nothing to unlock. No shoot caps, on any tier.

I built this because I needed it on a Tuesday.
I'm Riley Earl. I run Ref Media Company in the Finger Lakes — real listings, real agents, real shoot days that start before sunrise and end with me trying to remember which of four apps had the invoice in it.
Lumaro started as the thing I built for myself: one place for the job, the photos, the editor, the delivery page and the money. Every feature in it exists because a shoot day went badly without it. The booking page exists because I lost an afternoon to six text messages about one time slot. The mileage capture exists because I gave up on writing down odometer readings.
There are no customer testimonials on this page yet, because there aren't customers yet — you'd be early. What I can tell you is that this software runs my own business every single day, and if something breaks you're emailing the person who wrote it.
